Enjoy daily breath, movement and embodiment practices led by Jonathan MacCaul and Sasha Nova. Jonathan & Sasha will alternate between Yin and Yang approaches in a balanced way, so that our nervous systems can heal, optimize and come back into coherence and alignment.

Imagine having 3 whole hours each day dedicated for rest & play! Time that can be used to read that book you've been thinking about, get a massage, swim in the pristine Rio Chirripo and play in beautiful nature that is around this 10-acres World Class Retreat Centre.

If you are foodies like us, you know the importance of good food! Enjoy delicious nutritious meals tastefully prepared & artistically presented by an amazing local chef Maritza. All ingredients are fresh, natural, local and organic. The always-changing menu includes a seafood, meat or vegetarian option.

Where will we live?

Heaven and Earth Sanctuary is a super special riverside retreat center nestled in the lush, magical foothills of Mt Chirripo, Costa Rica.

Ten acres of jungle and beautiful gardens with direct access to the crystal clear waters of Rio Chirripo that runs alongside the property. Start your days with a cleansing swim in the river, meditate on sun kissed rocks and soak in the nature around you.

Owned by Carole Frieseen, a passionate lightworker with more than 20 years of experience in the field of Psychosomatic Therapy and the founder of The Lightworkers Institute, with a dedication to holistic living and planetary awakening.

1. Casa Isis & Angitia:

(Two traditional style Tico houses with Scandinavian minimalism and bamboo furniture interiors.)

A communal experience with all essential wellness elements.

    • Each house has two bedrooms with 2 single beds (converts to king size bed for couples)

    • Accommodates 4 people

2. The White Wizard Lodge:

(A cozy, hidden, cob lodge with open design located next to the farm above the river.)

Share a restorative journey in a rustic, but charming cob lodge.

  • Features:

    • Shared kitchen & bathroom

    • Shared, yet intimate, retreat space

    • Accommodates 2 people

  • Pricing:

    • Early Bird: $1,450

    • Final: $1,850
